Visit the office. You can get a close up and personal impression of the overall environment by seeing it for yourself. Are the office personnel friendly and welcoming? Is the ambiance kid-friendly? Those are the kinds of things to keep in mind during your visit, and don’t be hesitant to ask questions. Doing your homework upfront will pay off in the long run.
